Hennessy calls for new CRTC rule on exclusivity

The CRTC should establish a new, general rule to address issues of undue preference and content exclusivity in a vertically integrated broadcasting industry, Michael Hennessy, senior vice-president of regulatory and government affairs at Telus Corp., told the House heritage committee Tuesday.
