M2M alliance to demo ‘worldwide’ SIM

An alliance of machine-to-machine operators that includes Rogers Communications Inc. and Wind Mobile parent company VimpelCom Ltd. will demo a new “technical capability” to enable a “worldwide” SIM card for connected devices, Rogers said Monday.
