DGC and Canadian Film Institute support Starlight

A proposed video-on-demand service to feature Canadian-made films wouldn’t be enough to ensure Canadian consumers have access to those films, Peter Murphy, national policy manager of the Directors Guild of Canada (DGC) told CRTC commissioners Wednesday.
