
Consumer groups ask CRTC to stop paper billing fees

The Public Interest Advocacy Centre (PIAC) and the Consumers’ Association of Canada (CAC) have asked the CRTC to prevent telecom providers from charging consumers to receive paper bills, and to refund some customers who have been charged to receive paper bills in the past.
