Suit against Videotron’s Internet caps lands in court

A class action lawsuit that claims Quebecor Inc.'s Videotron imposed caps on what were previously billed as unlimited Internet plans arrived in court on Monday, according to a press release from Quebec's Union des consommateurs, which is leading the action.
