In what is becoming a semi-regular occurrence for the competitive local exchange carrier, Vancouver-based Novus Entertainment Inc. has filed another complaint with the CRTC, asking it to help the internet service provider gain access to a particular British Columbia multi-dwelling unit (MDU).
