Canada’s wireless services industry continued on a rapid growth curve from 2000 to 2001, according to an industry overview released earlier this month. Telecommunications Services in Canada: An Industry Overview, published by Industry Canada, indicates that while revenue growth continues to outpace other telecommunications related sectors, revenue growth slowed in 2001 compared to the previous year.
