Partnership to allow delivery of Corus radio content on iPhone application

Corus Entertainment Inc. has reached a partnership deal with StreamTheWorld, which will ensure delivery of broadcast content from Corus’ 52 radio stations via an iPhone streaming application. In a statement, Corus says the application is fully compatible with iPhone and iPod touch, enabling users to search stations by call letters or by city. David Huszar, VP and general manager, interactive division, said the portability of the application, will enable users to access content anywhere. Users of the application will enjoy quality sound said Samuel Sousa, solution engineer for StreamTheWorld, a streaming technology and services company.
