A rural Internet service provider in Nova Scotia will receive about $46,000 from the federal government to help increase broadband connectivity, Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada said in a press release. On Monday, the ministry said the funding from the Connecting Canadians program will go to Acadian Communications Ltd. to help boost access to about 400 households in a community on the island of Cape Breton.
