The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group said Wednesday that it has made Rob Bye permanent general manager of its Victoria radio stations. It said in a press release that Bye had been managing CKKQ-FM and CIZN-FM in Victoria on an interim basis for the last six months, and that role has now been made permanent.
