Chinese computer manufacturer Lenovo Group Ltd. has signed a nondisclosure deal with BlackBerry Ltd. to examine its books in advance of a potential bid for part of the Canadian company, the Wall Street Journal reported Friday. In a report that cited anonymous sources, WSJ said that Lenovo was likely to “pursue just parts” of BlackBerry due to “regulatory obstacles” it could face if it bid to acquire the entire company.
