The CRTC has set Sept. 4 as the deadline for comments in two acquisitions in the broadcasting sector. It opened consultations Friday on the proposed acquisition of Groupe Serdy by Quebecor Inc. and the deal for Stingray Digital Group Inc. to buy Newfoundland Capital Corporation Ltd.
