The CRTC has told Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron it can’t withdraw its gigabit internet offering from the market, after the company did exactly that earlier this month. Videotron told the CRTC on Oct. 11 that it was shutting down the service for both retail and wholesale customers, and filed new wholesale tariffs reflecting the change.
