Vancouver-based BroadbandTV Corp. announced Tuesday that it has bought a company that bills itself as the world's top producer of digital video content for kids. Broadband said in a press release that the acquisition of YoBoHo New Media Pvt. Ltd., based in Mumbai, India, positions it as "one of the leaders in kids and family entertainment on YouTube." It said YoBoHo generates three billion views a year, with one of its main brands being HooplaKidz.
