Quebecor Media Inc. subsidiary Videotron Ltd. appointed Alain Charlebois as its new vice-president of human resources and service excellence, the company said. In a release Thursday, Videotron said Charlebois would be responsible for maintaining Videotron’s position as “an employer of choice” and ensuring continuous corporate improvement.
