Quebecor Media Inc. appointed André Provencher as vice-president of international development of its new Contenu QMI division, the company said Thursday. In a release, Quebecor said Provencher will be responsible for Contenu's international content development and exporting content on the international scene as well as developing the business partnerships that are required. Distribution will also be one of Provencher's responsibilities, the release said. Quebecor said Provencher has more than 35 years of experience in the media and communications industries.
