Quebecor Media Inc. announced Wednesday that Benoit Robert will join the company on Aug. 19 as president and CEO of its sports and entertainment group. The company said in a news release that Robert, who has a master’s of business administration from the University of New Haven, will be responsible for management of Quebecor’s entertainment venues, including the Quebec City Amphitheatre, as well as marketing and promotion for concerts, sports, and cultural events.
