BlackBerry has appointed Richard Lynch and Bert Nordberg to its board of directors, the company said Thursday. In a release, BlackBerry said Lynch previously held the position of executive vice-president of Verizon Communications Inc. and Nordberg is the former CEO of Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications. It said Lynch has many years of experience in the telecommunications industry and was inducted into the Wireless History Foundation’s Hall of Fame.
