Competition bureau appoints enforcement adviser

Competition and privacy lawyer Bill Miller will become the Competition Bureau's special enforcement adviser to the commissioner of competition, the agency said Thursday. In a release, the bureau said Miller, who assumed his new role on Dec. 3, has 25 years of experience in the Department of Justice, most recently as general counsel for the bureau’s legal services division.
