Canadians’ use of smartphones for banking activities has nearly doubled over the past three years, according to a new report by J.D. Power. The Canadian Retail Banking Satisfaction Study, released Thursday, found that mobile banking among Canadians has jumped to 43 per cent. Bob Neuhaus, J.D.
