Rogers Communications Inc. has enabled LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) network access in “many” Manitoban communities, the company announced on Monday. LTE-A enables a feature called carrier aggregation, which “combines two or more bands of spectrum to create a larger pipe or superhighway for data to travel on, providing a more consistent and worry-free mobile experience for customers,” said Rogers in the release.
