Apple ordered to provide records to Competition Bureau

OTTAWA — Apple Inc.'s Canadian subsidiary has been ordered by the Federal Court to hand over records and other relevant information to help the Competition Bureau determine whether the technology company has engaged in anti-competitive practices with Canadian wireless carriers. However, Apple's willingness to comply is in question, according the remarks made Wednesday by bureau lawyer Derek Leschinsky during the court hearing where the bureau's request was granted.
