Melka leaving Redline

Eric Melka, chief executive of Redline Communications Group Inc., plans to leave the company by February 2014, Redline said in a release Friday. Melka is currently on medical leave, Redline said. The company said Melka was appointed in 2009 to turn the company around as it was “struggling with outdated technology, decreasing sales and mounting losses.” "We engaged Eric at a crucial point in the Redline's history, and he rose to the challenge, doing more than anyone could have anticipated,” Philippe de Gaspé Beaubien, the company’s chairman of the board, said in the release.
