French-language Christian radio station approved for Ottawa

The CRTC has approved a broadcast licence for a French-language FM radio station in Ottawa that will play Christian music. The commission said on its website that it has approved the application made by Fiston Kalambay on behalf of a to-be-incorporated, not-for-profit group. A posting on the CRTC's website Tuesday said the station would target members of the French-language community in Ottawa between the ages of 13 and 55.
