Guillaume Sylvestre in charge of tech support at Videotron

Quebecor Inc.’s Videotron has named Guillaume Sylvestre its new vice-president of technical operations for client service.
He will be in charge of Videotron’s technical support teams, the company said in a French press release Thursday.
His main mandate is to improve customer experience and take it to “to an unprecedented level,” the release said.
Sylvestre has been with Videotron since 2004.
