The Jim Pattison Broadcast Group on Thursday announced that Heidi Rasmussen has been made general manager of two radio stations in Winnipeg. It said in a press release that Rasmussen would be responsible for the growth, strategy and day-to-day operations of QX104 and FAB 94.3.
