Shaw Communications Inc. announced Wednesday a restructuring of its executive team and has appointed Jay Mehr, Shaw’s chief operating officer, as its new president, replacing Peter Bissonnette. Shaw Communications Inc.’s U.S. data-centre division, ViaWest Inc., announced Thursday it is acquiring INetU Inc., a cloud hosting company. ViaWest said in a press release that it will buy the Pennsylvania-based company for $162.5 million US.
