Richard Lachance is the new president and CEO of Cogeco Inc. subsidiary Cogeco Diffusion Inc., the company said. Lachance, who joined Cogeco in 1999, was previously senior vice-president of Cogeco Diffusion, the company said in a release Wednesday.
