Rogers Communications Inc. will be shutting down its Mobilicity brand and moving customers to its flanker brand, Chatr, the company confirmed Tuesday. “Once the migration happens in the coming months, they’ll have access to plans and services that will offer great value and flexibility,” spokesman Andrew Garas said in an email. Mobilicity was one of three new entrants to the Canadian wireless market in 2008, all of which have now been acquired by large telecom companies.
