Microsoft’s Nokia acquisition closes

Microsoft Corp. announced in a press release Friday that it has completed the acquisition of the Nokia Corp.’s devices and services business. Former Nokia CEO Stephen Elop will report to Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, and serve as executive vice-president of the Microsoft Devices Group, it said.
