Steven Harroun named CRTC’s chief compliance, enforcement officer

The CRTC said Monday Steven Harroun is its new chief compliance and enforcement officer, effective Nov. 14.
“Steven’s extensive experience at the Commission and as our representative with the Community of Federal Regulators, his recent consumer-focused agenda, and his positive, collaborative leadership style will be invaluable as he works with his new team to continue to protect Canadians,” CRTC chairman Jean-Pierre Blais said in a statement.
