Cogeco appoints Tim Dinesen as CTO

Cogeco Inc. is appointing Tim Dinesen, experienced tech executive and telecommunications consultant, as its senior vice president and CTO.
According to the company’s Thursday release, he will be taking up the new position at its head office in Montreal on Sept. 11.
