Valery Zamuner appointed VP of mergers and acquisitions at Stingray

Stingray Digital Group Inc. has named Valery Zamuner to the position of senior vice-president of mergers, acquisitions and strategic initiatives, effective May 23.
“With her impressive background that combines corporate and commercial law, corporate governance, corporate finance, and private investment funds, Valery will be instrumental in creating value for our shareholders,” Eric Boyko, president and CEO of Stingray, said in a Tuesday press release.
