Blue Ant Media Inc. has acquired Racat Group, with international assets that include production houses and mobile game developers. As part of the deal, announced Wednesday, Blue Ant gets Racat’s New Zealand-based natural history production house NHNZ and game developer Runaway Play, Beach House Pictures, a production company in Singapore, and children’s nature broadcaster ZooMoo Networks, as well as the documentaries of Australia-based Northern Pictures.
