Site-blocking further expanded in GoldTV case

BCE Inc., Quebecor Inc.'s Groupe TVA, and Rogers Communications Inc. — the trio of companies behind Canada's first ever website-blocking order — have submitted a draft order adding new domains to the Federal Court.  In a draft order dated March 11, the three telecoms have identified six new domains and subdomains to be added to the blocking order, bringing the total number of blocked domains and subdomains in the order to 29.
