Cable Public Affairs Channel Inc. (CPAC) announced changes to its board of directors as it launches a new programming season under the theme "Watch for Democracy.” Jim Deane, a seasoned representative of Access Communications, based in Regina, Saskatchewan, is taking on the role of board chair. Deane served as Access CEO from 2000 until his recent retirement. He has also been a CPAC director for more than two decades.
