Mosaid announces changes to board

Computer memory chip company Mosaid Technologies Inc. has made some significant changes to its board of directors. Normand Paquette and Barry Reiter have been appointed to the board, while Thomas Csathy, George Cwynar and Theodore Galanthay have resigned from the board. Paquette is a founding member of Tundra Semiconductor. Reiter is a partner with the Bennett Jones LLP law firm.
