Intrinsyc changes the helm

Intrinsyc Software International has announced that Glenda Dorchuk has resigned as chair of the board and CEO to pursue other interests. She will be replaced by COO Tracy Rees on an interim basis. Philip Ladouceur, a director of the company since January 2008, has been appointed chair of the board.
