Rogers, Quebecor, get interim relief on toll traffic

The CRTC said Wednesday that Bell Canada must refrain from blocking or applying surcharges to competing cable companies like Rogers Communications Inc. and Quebecor Media Inc. for the routing long-distance phone traffic over its network.
