Companies should adopt new Internet addressing scheme, Vixie says

As Internet Protocol Version 4 (IPv4) addresses rapidly deplete, businesses and organizations should adopt the newer IPv6 version, Internet Systems Consortium president and founder Paul Vixie said Tuesday at a panel discussion in Toronto organized by the Canadian Internet Registration Authority.
