CRTC approves Bluepoint acquisition of Saskatchewan Communications Network

The CRTC approved an application by Bluepoint Investments Inc. last month to purchase Saskatchewan Communications Network (SCN), a satellite-to-cable programming undertaking that distributes educational programming.
