Shaw, Corus closing 3 community TV stations, shifting to Global

Shaw Communications Inc. and Corus Entertainment Inc. will close three Shaw local TV stations in Vancouver, Edmonton and Calgary, and redistribute the annual funding to Global News stations in the same cities, the companies announced Wednesday.
