Iristel brings another traffic pumping dispute to CRTC

Shaw Communications Inc.’s Freedom Mobile is refusing to pay Iristel Inc. for some services in a move that relates to an ongoing proceeding in front of the CRTC over traffic stimulation, Iristel said in a filing with the regulator.
