Beanfield withdraws Part 1 against Rogers MDU service agreements

Beanfield Technologies Inc. has withdrawn a nearly three-year-old Part 1 application which alleged that Rogers Communications Inc. had used bulk internet service agreements for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) to give the larger telecom an undue preference in the marketplace.
