600 MHz auction needs ‘substantial’ set-aside: Shaw

Shaw Communications Inc. is asking the federal government to use the upcoming 600 MHz spectrum auction to “correct the huge imbalance in spectrum holdings” between it and Canada’s biggest three wireless carriers.
