
CNOC denied ‘transitional’ access to FTTP under disaggregated regime

In a decision on Friday, the CRTC ruled that the Canadian Network Operators Consortium’s (CNOC) application for transitional access to fibre-to-the-premises (FTTP) facilities belonging to large telecoms under the old aggregated wholesale regime should be denied.
