
Frequency of overage charges trending back up, survey suggests

The federal government released the findings of a 2018 public-opinion survey meant to assess the effectiveness of the Wireless Code this week, revealing that one out of two Canadians have paid mobile plan data overage fees at least once in the last 12 months, while one in four continue to suffer from “bill shock.”
