Privacy commissioners call for updated privacy law

In a joint resolution, passed in Prince Edward Island last month and announced in Gatineau last week, federal, provincial and territorial information and privacy commissioners are calling on their respective governments to “modernize” various pieces of privacy legislation currently on the books.
