Change CAVCO system to highlight Canadian culture, former CBC VP says

Canada should follow Britain’s lead and change the system it uses to classify productions as Canadian content, Richard Stursberg, former head of CBC/Radio-Canada’s English services, said at a communications lawyers conference Thursday.
