Iristel fight against CRA’s wage subsidiary denial survives appeal

Iristel Inc. will continue to challenge the Canada Revenue Authority’s decision to withhold approximately  $600,000 in emergency wage subsidies, while it conducts a pair of audits and a separate battle wages in tax court, after the Federal Court of Appeal dismissed a move by the CRA to throw out the challenge.
